FAQs

  • App won’t open or keeps crashing? Reinstall; ensure your OS is up to date; if it persists, email us with steps to reproduce + device model + OS version.
  • Can’t sign in or sync? Check your network, try switching to Wi-Fi; verify code/password; if needed, clear app cache and retry.
  • Not receiving notifications? Enable notifications for Aiultra in your system settings.
  • Do I have to grant permissions? We only request permissions required for a feature. You can deny and still use other features.

Refunds & subscriptions (store rules)

  • iOS: SettingsApple IDSubscriptions, or use Apple’s refund request page.
  • Android (Google Play): open Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions; refunds follow Google’s policy.
  • Other channels: follow the channel’s policy. When in doubt, email us.

Troubleshooting checklist (before filing a ticket)

  1. Update to the latest app version;
  2. Switch networks (cellular ↔ Wi-Fi);
  3. Review Aiultra permissions in system settings;
  4. If the issue persists, use in-app Settings → Feedback (if available) or email us and attach logs (see below).
